Sandblast and Painting Facilities: Bay 8 (Sandblast Room): 27ft wide x 17ft x 82ft long - sand recovery system with a 20-ton overhead storage hopper and 14,000 cfm dust collection system. Bay 9: 34,000 sq ft spray area, includes 12,000 sq ft of temperature control spray area and two 10-ton overhead cranes. Bay 12: 9,000 sq ft sandblast and spray area, 28-ton blast system, 14,000 cfm dust collector with 70ft wide x 45ft high fold-up door. TMF has experience applying the following coatings:

Methanol yard pipe supports were primed with inorganic zinc primer after being blasted
Two 100' sections of heavy-wall piling for a barge-mooring facility. The fabrications were coated inside and out at TMF facilities.
